MyTsys software solutions Pvt. Ltd was established in 2018. Where software is concerned, nothing is impossible and it is this thought which inspired us. We are assertive to leave our mark in the industry with our leading edge technologies which symbolizes our name MyTsys. Our major services includes graphic designing, software development, digital marketing, CMS based customisation, web designing, hosting and administration.
What made you start your startup and what problem does it solve?
We started with an aim to provide all feasible solutions that a business can get to make digital presence in today’s competitive market at an affordable cost. Mostly clients have time constraints. And we solve that problem by giving an overall package from graphic designing to maintenance of website so that our clients can concentrate on other areas of their business.
Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup?
Initially all of us were engaged in jobs related to our field of expertise like Software development, digital marketing, web designing, web hosting, graphics designing. Later we thought of working together by collaborating our skills and kick started the company.
Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?
We are a startup based in Trivandrum, Kerala with an aim to provide solutions to people inside and outside the country. Most of our clients are from US, UK, China etc, hence Trivandrum is an ideal place for us.
As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?
Clients. Without them we are nothing. We regularly keep in touch with them trying to solve their queries anytime of the day. We believe satisfaction of the clients automatically makes your business grow. Most of our clients are from abroad we have to work 24×7 tirelessly to make them happier. Second challenge is to learn new things and to be updated. We will do most of the research at night to be on top.
Who are your competitors and how are you better than them?
Web designing and digital marketing companies are our main competitors. However we provide complete package rather than giving only specific services.
How hard is it to have a work-life balance as a start up founder and how do you manage it?
Yes, harder than a regular job. As a start up founder you have to always research the current market trends and up grade your skills on a regular basis. Every day we come across new technology which has to be researched upon and appear convincing to clients. Presently we have four partners and we divide our work in such a way that everyone gets to work on everything from client chat to development so that if one is not available the other one can easily chip in. This way we get time to spend with our family.
Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you’re looking to raise?
We started with zero investment to register company. Our policy is to generate revenue and invest it back into the company than seeking investment. So probably if we need any investment we will work out a plan how it can be generated from our services and then start executing that plan which has been working for us till now.
What’s the biggest misconception people have about you? Why do they have that? What’s the reality?
General thing is that most people have a mindset that we are just a software or web designing company similar to other companies. And thus the response of the clients will not be favourable because of the trend set by some companies. Hence we need to send them live projects to convince them to do business with us.
What gets you excited about this company?
We can learn new technologies and opportunities are sky high. It’s all about our effort and skills and we can try new things without fear.
Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.
I mostly wake up at 6 in the morning. After routine activities I spend some time to check emails and queries related to office. Usually reaches office by 10 am and work till 6 pm. Evenings I usually spend time with family and friends. Around11 pm, I do final checks related to client queries and then hit the bed.

We studied in same college and have known each other for around 10 years.
