Give a brief info about Pendome Creatives?
Pendome creatives LLP is a creative branding agency that operates in the cities of Malappuram, Cochin and Bangalore. A team of creative people and technology geeks who thrive for excellence through experience. We believe in creating better brand experiences.
What made you start Pendome and how is it different?
The basic motive behind Pendome was to satisfy our own entrepreneurship urge. While thinking about starting a business, interests in networking and creativity opened doors to this venture. The joy of producing a creative idea/concept and watching it work well with clients and its success motivated us to bring a more professional approach to this field.
How Pendome is different is that we focus on growing a brand than just creating advertisement. Knowing the goals of our client, studying the business and its target customers, and planning the methods and actions to be carried out to reach them, and executing the brand creation and positioning process on behalf of our clients, this kind of professional approach we implement is what makes us different.
Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before Pendome Creatives?
Before starting Pendome, I was a techie, working for both national and international clients for years. I also have knowledge and interest in Web and other hardware systems and technology updates.
Out of the two co founders,one is a graphic designer and one is a management administrator. So, our founding team is from different areas of professional experience with a common interest towards creativity.
It is important to be constantly creative in the Branding Industry; does this at times get stressful for you and your team?
Creativity is key to this industry. So, we can’t compromise on it. A well created work will act as a testimony to our talent. But there is a possibility of a ‘creative block’ too, we can’t ignore it. At times, we work as a team, ideas are freely communicated and encouraged. So, the proper brainstorming and mutual supportive work ambience will help our team to stay happy, fun and creative.

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?
Our startup is based in our home town, Malappuram. Though the exposure for it in our city was very low, we realized the future and possible opportunities for a well experienced team. The cost of setting up a venture was low and primarily the reason to choose this location.
Tell us about your team and how did you meet each other?
Ansif Karayil is my brother and Nafih Palakkadan is a common friend known to both of us. The common dreams we shared together made us sit around a table to put some serious thoughts into it, and that’s how it was all started.

Who are your competitions and how are you better than them?
There are a number of agencies out there in the city and industry. We believe that we are our greatest competition is us. We have to be continuously improving and updated and then there will be no space left for a competitor, our niche will be there for sure.
